With the AFF Suzuki Cup finals nearing, fans are all over the place trying to score tickets. Malaysian fans, in particular, are quite upset over tickets being sold out online this early on. FAM released a statement saying the website people can go to purchase tickets for the finals did a test run which started at 9:00 am.
This prompted for tickets to be sold out instantly which really disappointed Malaysian fans who have claimed to log in at 9:00 am sharp for the sale.FAM tried to address the issue by adding 10,000 tickets up for sale. This although will have fans only 10,000 tickets left to be sold on Saturday, and the remaining 40,000 to be sold on Sunday. Some fans have taken their disappointment online, with angry tweets surfacing Twitter.
Malaysia will be hosting the final on December 11 in the Bukit Jalil National Stadium for the first leg of the final. The second leg will be carried on to Vietnam at My Dinh Stadium on the 15th of December.
