Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon was signed just last month to Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham. This time around, the team is looking to sign his twin brother, Steven Sessegnon to the team as well. An estimate of £3 million offer was made in the summer by Fulham, having failed to come even close to their valuation of the 19-year-old player.
Tottenham was able to sign his brother for a whopping £25 million, with continuous supervision throughout the season. Ryan Sessegnon is signed until 2022 with Tottenham and in the last few weeks, has been playing for Pochetino’s team in the recent weeks as a right-back, but can eventually shift to center-half and in midfield.
In his early time at the season, the 19-year-old was rewarded with a call-up to the England Under-21 squad, who will be going head to head against Turkey and Kosovo. In the bid to win promotion back to the Premier League, Fulham has hoped that Sessegnon will be able to continue playing a vital role simultaneously.
